Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Millers Home Center. In this role, you will be responsible for driving transaction growth for assigned accounts and attracting new customers. You will manage the full sales process, from negotiation to closing deals, ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Outreach to existing and potential customers, making effective sales presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Prepare estimates, process quotes, and manage sales orders efficiently.
  • Achieve maximum gross margin potential on all sales and handle customer service issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a sales or sales support role.
  • Experience in business-to-business commerce and customer service is preferred.
