Job Description
Wise Landscaping in Dayton is seeking a talented Landscape Crew Supervisor to join our team. As a Crew Supervisor, you will lead a team in providing high-quality landscape and snow management services to commercial sites, ensuring excellent client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of 2 to 3 landscapers in various landscaping tasks such as mowing, mulching, pruning, flower installations, cleanups, and weed control.
- Manage snow removal services during winter using plow and salt trucks, skid-steers, and wheel loaders.
- Ensure efficient and timely completion of all assigned tasks while maintaining a high level of quality.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- Prior experience in landscape maintenance and snow management.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
