Join our team at Wise Landscaping as a Landscape Installation Supervisor and be a part of our Landscape Installation Division's growth. As a skilled landscaper with leadership abilities, you will oversee projects, read blueprints, and lead crews to success on beautiful client properties.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise landscape installation projects at newly built sites.
- Operate top-of-the-line equipment such as skidsteers, wheel loaders, and excavators.
- Ensure quality installation of trees, shrubs, mulch, edging, and grass seed.
- Maintain project schedules and ensure successful project completion.
Requirements
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and problem solve.
- Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints.
- Proficiency in operating skidsteers, wheel loaders, and excavators.
- Valid driver's license and a passion for landscaping.
