Maintenance Technician - Floater

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician (Floater) to join our team at Avesta Housing. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining buildings and grounds at our affordable housing properties across Kittery, Maine, and the Seacoast region of New Hampshire.

What We're Looking For

• Reliable individual willing to learn and grow in a mission-based environment.

• Strong decision-making skills and professional work ethic.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and general repairs (or willingness to learn).
• Flexible availability for on-call schedules, valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.
• Experience with technology is a plus.
