Media Production Specialist

Job Description

ACS Technologies is looking for a Media Production Specialist to join our eLearning production team. As the Media Production Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and developing multimedia content, setting and maintaining style standards, and managing media for instructional videos.

Responsibilities

• Develop multimedia content for eLearning courses.
• Establish and uphold standards for style, recording, and editing of online training videos and multimedia content.
• Collaborate with Learning Experience Designers and subject matter experts to create engaging and informative content.
• Produce, capture, and edit eLearning videos and other multimedia materials.
• Create storyboards and prototypes for online videos, tutorials, and simulations.
• Manage creative projects within time and budget constraints.
• Stay updated on emerging tools and techniques in multimedia production.
• Operate and troubleshoot equipment and software for video production.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Instructional Design, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in developing video tutorials and e-learning courses.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Captivate, Final Cut Pro, and similar tools.
• Experience with motion and vector graphics content creation.
• Ability to learn new software applications and development tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Critical thinking skills to solve complex content challenges.
