Morning Baker

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Morning Baker to join Kennie's Market's Inc as part of our Bakery department. As the Baker, you will work under the guidance of the Bakery Manager and/or Asst. Bakery Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the bakery and provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Bake a variety of delicious donuts.
• Prepare frozen food items for baking.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the bakery area.
• Inspect equipment for optimal performance and assist with equipment maintenance.
• Collaborate with other departments for promotional activities.
• Follow food preparation guidelines and safety standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 2-4 years of related experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Proficiency in basic math calculations.
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing situations.
