Salary: $50,343 - $68,224 per year

Position Summary

The MST Therapist at PermiaCare provides evidence-based, intensive family and community-based treatment for at-risk youth and their families. This short-term, intensive, and community-based clinical intervention focuses on promoting pro-social behavior and preventing involvement in the juvenile justice system.

Responsibilities

• Conduct MST assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Implement problem conceptualization and intervention strategies.
• Maintain caseload of 4-6 cases and provide direct clinical treatment.
• Ensure compliance with MST principles and service models.
• Collaborate with key participants for effective treatment outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Professional licensure as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in behavioral health field.
• Valid Texas Driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass criminal background checks and drug screening.
