OnPoint Medical Group is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our OnPoint Family Medicine at DTC location. As part of our physician-led network, you will play a vital role in delivering quality healthcare services to our patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with Colorado Medical Practice Act.
• Mentor and monitor staff for performance improvement.
• Adhere to industry standards, policies, and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with administration to ensure optimal practice operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nurse practitioner program with Colorado licensure.
• Board Certification for specialty and strong computer skills.
• Experience with EMR and Basic Life Support certification.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the job.
