Job Title: Permanency Clinician - Full-time
Company: Mount Prospect Academy
Location: Barre, Montpelier, Hartford, Springfield, and surrounding areas, Vermont
Salary: $52,000 - $56,000 per year
Job Type: Remote/On-Site Client Service Hybrid Position (Travel 6+ hours), Company vehicle provided

Responsibilities
- Lead clinical oversight on all assigned cases focusing on permanency and family and youth-guided treatment.
- Provide individual and family therapy as indicated in the treatment plan.
- Establish clear treatment goals and clinically appropriate recommendations for treatment and interventions.
- Case management, clinical support, and goal-oriented client interactions.
- Support individuals and families to identify strengths, develop support networks, and overcome obstacles.
Requirements
- Master's Degree preferred, Bachelor's Degree with ability to obtain rostering of non-licensed and non-certified psychotherapists.
- 1+ year of experience in human services required.
- Valid driver's license with currently active car insurance.
- Background, driving, and licensing checks completion.
