We are seeking Full-time or Part-time/PRN Physical Therapist Assistants to work with active patients in their homes and communities in the Salisbury, MD area at Aquacare Physical Therapy PLUS. Education and Experience Requirements

  • Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant by the Maryland State Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.
  • Minimum of an Associate's degree in the Physical Therapy field from an accredited university recognized by the CAPTE.
  • Basic Life Support CPR Certification.
  • Physical Therapist Assistant License.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant.
  • Driver's license and current car insurance.
  • Good driving record with MVA.
  • CPR Certification preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
  • Duties require extensive standing, walking, lifting, positioning, pushing, and/or transferring patients.
  • Frequent reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, and crouching may be required.

Work Location: In patients' homes/communities.
