Project Engineer

Job Description

Golden Wolf, LLC is looking for a dedicated Project Engineer to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the U.S. Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED) on facility life cycle management support. The role involves developing project scopes, estimates, CMMS data collection, and coordinating facility maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide program support for a comprehensive Facility Management Program.
• Assist in project requirements determination and development of project scope information.
• Offer engineering assistance to the BUMED Facilities Management team.
• Coordinate Real Property Installed Equipment (RPIE) information with DBMS-FM Database Sustainment Specialist.
• Conduct site assessments to prioritize work actions based on facility condition and mission.

Requirements

• Security Clearance Requirements: Secret (Tier 3 level investigation) Clearance or the ability to obtain.
• 5-10 Years of technical experience with Real Property Systems; Mechanical, Structural, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Electrical preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• Experience with DOD Facility Management procedures, DMLSS, MAXIMO, or similar CMMS.
