Regional Career Development Coordinator

Job Description

Home Builders Institute Inc is looking for a passionate Regional Career Development Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will work under the direct supervision of the Operations Manager, facilitating activities, projects, instructional operations, and job placement for the PACT Programs. You will be the liaison between HBI and program partners, assisting with community service projects, providing employability skills training, and developing job opportunities for graduates.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities and cooperation between program partners and contractors.
• Foster positive relationships with funders and stakeholders.
• Assist in identifying community service project opportunities for students.
• Provide employability skills training and develop job opportunities for graduates.
• Collaborate with team members for placement and follow-up needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services or related field.
• Minimum of one year experience in career development or program management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication skills.
• Experience in construction trades and job placement preferred.
