Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at CareerStaff Unlimited in Dublin, GA. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate excellence in customer service and public relations.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' conditions.
- Administer medications and address symptoms associated with terminal illness.
- Educate patients and families on disease processes and treatment options.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 months of hospice in-home experience within the past 3 years.
- HCHB experience required.
- Current BLS certification.
- Valid RN license in Georgia.
