REGISTERED NURSE - RN - SKILLED NURSING FACILITY

Job Description

We are currently looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at a renowned skilled nursing facility in Concord, NH. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing top-quality patient care and supporting healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants in delivering patient care.
• Promote patient independence by establishing care goals and providing necessary support.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to address patient needs effectively.

Requirements

• 6-12 months of recent experience in a Long Term Care/Nursing Home setting.
• Registered Nursing degree and current RN license in the state of employment.
• Current CPR/BLS certification and TB test.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
