Join our team at Career Systems Development Corporation as a Registered Nurse at the Roswell Job Corps Center. Help make a positive impact by assisting in the medical care and treatment of students in a school campus setting. In the absence of the Health and Wellness Director, you may step in to provide leadership.

Responsibilities

• Conduct health evaluations for new students, including measuring vital signs, performing screenings, collecting specimens, and administering medication.
• Coordinate medical appointments and manage chronic care plans for students with illnesses.
• Act as Co-Disability Coordinator, ensuring medical accommodations for students.
• Support the Healthy Eating Active Lifestyles (HEALS) committee and participate in related activities.
• Attend staff training sessions and fulfill other assigned duties.

Requirements

• High school graduate with a State RN license.
• One year of nursing experience preferred, Job Corps experience desirable.
• Proficiency in nursing techniques, strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with students, follow instructions, and maintain CPR certification.
