Residential Designer at Drexel Building Supply
We are seeking a Residential Designer to join our team in Berlin, WI. If you have a passion for turning client's dreams into reality through creative home designs, this position is perfect for you. As a Residential Designer, you will develop concept floor plan layouts, create construction documents, work directly with clients, and provide exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Develop concept floor plan layouts and exterior elevations.
- Transform concept plans into construction documents.
- Work with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Ensure designs meet all necessary structural requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
Requirements
- No experience necessary; training provided.
- Strong math skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience with Revit or similar tools (a plus).
