Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Residential Therapist to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services, Inc. This position involves providing clinical services for our Manzanita Ridge SRTF, Madrone Ridge SRTF, and McKenzie Ridge SRTF programs in Junction City, Oregon. As a Residential Therapist, you will offer clinical services, supervision, and training for individuals with severe and persistent mental illnesses in a residential treatment setting. Reporting to the Clinical Manager and supervised by the ColumbiaCare Clinical Director, you will conduct mental health assessments, treatment plans, and provide clinical oversight for facility staff and community providers. The role requires crisis de-escalation training and the ability to perform physical techniques when necessary.
Work Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (Full Time, Day)
Compensation
$6,250 - $7,250 per month, DOE/Credentials. Additional 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates (Spanish/English desired).
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
- Qualification for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration.
- Two years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting.
- Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.
