Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our team at the Atlanta Marriott managed by Dimension Hospitality. As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations, maintain quality standards, and maximize profitability. Your role involves financial planning, customer satisfaction monitoring, staff management, and implementing sales/marketing programs to ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop financial and operational plans supporting company objectives.
  • Prepare and monitor the annual budget.
  • Ensure quality standards and conduct evaluations for continuous improvement.
  • Implement sales/marketing programs and human resource functions.
  • Maintain physical assets, security, and effective communication systems.
  • Introduce programs enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of dining room supervisor experience, 1+ year cashier experience, 2+ years waiter experience, 1+ year direct sales or retail trade experience, or equivalent.
  • TIPS certification and Food Safety certification required.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and ability to work flexible hours.

Compensation

$55,000 - $60,000 yearly salary.
