Responsibilities

• Participate in the Nurse Resident-New Grad Registered Nurse Program.
• Attend individualized new nurse orientations and internships.
• Receive support from a dedicated team of educators, leaders, and clinical coaches.
• Engage in classes, case presentations, and skill-building activities.
• Gradually transition into a valuable nursing professional.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or RN Diploma with relevant experience.
• Maryland Registered Nurse License and BLS Certification.
• Less than 1 year of nursing experience.
• Passion for learning and professional growth.
