Job Description
We are looking for motivated Nurse Residents or Nurse Graduates to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a Nurse Resident in the Med Surg department at Sinai Hospital, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills and develop professionally in a supportive environment. Responsibilities
- Participate in classes and clinical training sessions.
- Work alongside experienced preceptors to acquire essential clinical skills.
- Receive support from clinical coaches and a dedicated orientation team.
- Gain confidence and proficiency in delivering high-quality patient care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or RN Diploma.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License and BLS Certification.
- Less than 1 year of experience.
- Passion for learning and a commitment to compassionate patient care.
