As a Security Officer at the Roswell Job Corps Center, you will be responsible for enforcing campus rules, ensuring safety, and providing excellent customer service to students and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Transport students in company vehicles.
• Patrol assigned areas and maintain vigilance for safety hazards and suspicious activities.
• Assist visitors, students, and staff.
• Maintain student accountability logs.
• Conduct safety checks and inspections.
• Investigate incidents and accidents.
• Participate in disciplinary processes.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid State Driver's License.
• Preferred: 3-6 months security-related experience.
• Preferred: Class B License with passenger/air brake endorsement.
• Knowledge of law enforcement procedures.
• CPR/First Aid Certification.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.

Environmental Demands:

Equipment operation, occasional work alone, teamwork, college-level reading and writing skills.

Compensation:

$18.99 per hour.
