Security Supervisor- Nightwatch 2nd Shift

Job Description

The Cincinnati Art Museum is currently seeking a full-time Nightwatch Security Supervisor for the 2nd Shift. The Nightwatch Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing security operations during the evening hours, ensuring the safety and security of the museum premises and its visitors.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security guards during events and regular patrols.
• Maintain and monitor security systems, including alarms and CCTV.
• Respond to and document incidents, assisting sick or injured visitors.
• Implement training programs for security personnel and museum staff.
• Handle customer service inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Ensure the secure closing of the building at the end of each day.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of security or museum experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and security practices.
• Must be self-motivated, capable of multitasking, and respond effectively in emergencies.
• Reliable transportation for 24/7 emergency response.

Compensation

Yearly Salary: $38,000 - $40,000
