Site Director-PIV

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Site Director-PIV to lead and oversee student programs and activities at our Job Corps Center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the center's operations, meeting established goals, maintaining data integrity, and fostering community relationships. Additionally, the Site Director-PIV will ensure compliance with relevant policies, prepare necessary reports, conduct staff evaluations, and more.

Responsibilities

• Administer assigned components of the Job Corps Center.
• Meet established goals and maintain data integrity.
• Build relationships with community leaders and employers.
• Prepare reports for the Department of Labor and CSD.
• Ensure safe center operations and student safety.
• Conduct staff evaluations and interviews for vacancies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree plus three years' experience in program management, preferably in a similar training program.
• Experience working with youth and creating environments focused on student retention and placement.
• Knowledge of education and training for young adults, contract administration, and fiscal analysis.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire staff.
