Summary

JOB SUMMARY: Provides clinical social work services or psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and families, regarding common problems such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, difficulty understanding/accepting medical/diagnoses/procedures/treatments, changes relating to aging, powerlessness, discharge planning, and counseling related to death and dying.

REQUIREMENTS:

Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field.
1-3 years of experience.
LBSW/LMSW/LGPC.
