Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated SOCIAL WORKER PRN to join our team at LifeBridge Health. This position, based in Baltimore, MD at Levindale Hospital, offers the opportunity to provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and families. The role involves addressing various common issues such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, discharge planning, and counseling related to death and dying.
Requirements
- Basic professional knowledge with equivalent to a Bachelor's degree.
- 1-3 years of experience in clinical social work.
- LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
