Job Description
We are currently looking for a PRN Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health. This position, based in Baltimore, MD at Levindale Hospital, falls under the Social Work-Hospital department and is of the PRN-type requiring availability from 8:30am-5:00pm as needed. As part of our allied health team, you will be responsible for providing clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, residents, and their families. Common areas of focus include adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, counseling related to medical diagnoses, discharge planning, and end-of-life support.
Requirements
- Basic professional knowledge with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- LBSW, LMSW, or LGPC certification.
