Summary: The Social Worker PRN at Levindale Hospital provides clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and families dealing with various issues such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, medical diagnoses, aging, discharge planning, and counseling related to death and dying.

Requirements

  • Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree
  • 1-3 years of experience
  • LBSW/LMSW/LGPC required
