Job Description

We are looking for a passionate PRN Social Worker to join LifeBridge Health at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As a member of our team, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and their families, addressing a wide range of challenges and concerns.

Responsibilities

• Offer clinical social work services to patients and families facing various issues.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments to address adjustment, financial, relational, and end-of-life concerns.
• Provide counseling related to medical conditions, discharge planning, and grief support.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree and a relevant professional certification (LBSW/LMSW/LGPC).
• Have 1-3 years of experience in social work.
• Demonstrate knowledge of social work theory and practice.
