Job Description
We are looking for a Social Worker PRN to join LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD, at Levindale Hospital. This position, under Allied Health, is on an as-needed basis from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. As a Social Worker PRN, you will provide clinical social work services, conduct psychosocial assessments for patients and families, and address various issues such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and counseling related to death and dying.
Responsibilities
- Provide psychosocial assessments to patients and families.
- Address common social work problems and issues.
- Offer counseling and support related to a range of issues including discharge planning, aging, and emotional concerns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
- Strong knowledge of social work theory and practice.
