Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated SOCIAL WORKER PRN to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As part of the Allied Health team at Levindale Hospital, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and families, addressing various challenges such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and discharge planning.

Summary

You will play a crucial role in helping patients cope with medical diagnoses, aging, and end-of-life issues, as well as empower them to navigate through these difficult situations. This position requires a Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of relevant experience, along with LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
