Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Social Worker PRN to join our team at LifeBridge Health, specifically at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. In this role, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and their families, addressing various challenges they may be facing. From adjustment difficulties to discharge planning, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals through challenging times.

Responsibilities

• Offer clinical social work services to patients and families.
• Address common problems such as financial concerns, family relationships, and adjustment to medical conditions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Provide counseling related to end-of-life issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Licensed as LBSW, LMSW, or LGPC.
• Strong understanding of social work theory and practice.
• Empathetic and professional approach to patient care.
