Responsibilities

• Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
• Enforce compliance with employment policies and ensure restaurant cleanliness and guest safety.
• Provide training, performance management, and coaching for Front of House employees.
• Manage liquor orders, costs, and compliance with alcohol service guidelines.
• Develop key employees, Assistant Managers, and hourly staff through feedback and coaching.
• Review applications, conduct interviews, and make hiring recommendations.
• Create a fun and safe environment, implement operational goals, and promote staff engagement.
• Practice safe food handling procedures.
