Treasury Relationship Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Treasury Relationship Manager to join our team at Fresno First Bank. As the Treasury Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in developing new deposit relationships for small to medium-sized businesses and business professionals in Southern California. Your responsibilities will include driving Depository and Treasury Management growth, maintaining strong knowledge of risk management, and ensuring outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a portfolio of small to medium-sized businesses through a consultative sales approach.
• Demonstrate expertise in Treasury Management systems and platforms.
• Ensure compliance with risk management and regulatory requirements.
• Provide superior customer service and support to customers and staff.
• Participate in business development activities and solicit new business prospects.
• Cross-sell bank products and services to customers as needed.
• Contribute to the overall profitability of the bank and participate in cost control initiatives.
• Maintain advanced knowledge of the financial industry trends and status.
• Supervise and support departmental activities as required.

Requirements

• Reside in Southern California with an established market presence.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of business development or sales experience in the financial services industry.
• Knowledge of financial statement and tax return analysis.
• Understanding of banking compliance regulations and operations.
• Proven ability to develop marketing and business development skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in computer operations and relevant software programs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel within Southern California.

Compensation

Yearly Salary: $125,000 - $175,000
