Job Description

ATA Services, Inc. is currently seeking Accounts Payable/Receivable specialists for a 4-month temporary assignment with the State of New Mexico Environmental Department in Santa Fe, NM. This role involves tracking budgets, revenue, completing reconciliations, and various financial tasks to support the Bureaus.

Responsibilities

• Track budgets, revenue, and perform reconciliations.
• Complete payroll, default time, and grant reconciliations.
• Assemble cost packages and prepare adjusting journal entries.
• Conduct budget tracking and cost recoupment in SHARE.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with SHARE software.
• Basic understanding of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Experience in accounts payable or accounts receivable.
• Familiarity with accounting software and online platforms.
