Foundever is seeking a Customer Support Associate (No Cold Calling) to join our team in Chavies, KY. In this role, you will handle inbound service calls, drive customer satisfaction through voice, chat, and email communications, and navigate multiple systems and tools. We provide paid training and opportunities for career growth, with a majority of our managers being internal promotions.
