Job Description

Shamin Hotels, a leading hotel company, is looking for an experienced Area Catering Sales Manager to join our team. As the Area Catering Sales Manager, you will be responsible for soliciting, negotiating, and booking new business for our Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Oceanfront properties. Your role will involve developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts, community organizations, and professional associations to maximize revenue and market share.

Essential Job Functions

• Solicit, negotiate, and book new business to meet revenue goals.
• Build and enhance relationships with key accounts and organizations.
• Participate in active sales solicitation and lead follow-up.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of hotel operations.
• Utilize automated sales systems according to standards.

Education and Experience

• Multi-Property and Hilton experience preferred.
• Previous hotel sales experience is required.
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in hospitality preferred.
