Hilton Garden Inn Virginia Beach Oceanfront, owned and operated by Shamin Hotels, a dynamic hospitality company, is currently looking for an Area Sales Manager to join our team. With a rich history of investing in top hotel brands, we are seeking a dedicated individual to support our Hilton properties.

Job Summary

The Area Sales Manager plays a crucial role in driving revenue for our hotels by soliciting and closing accounts, selling guestrooms, meeting space, and F&B services. Through proactive sales efforts, the Area Sales Manager contributes to meeting and exceeding revenue goals while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Solicit, negotiate, and book new and repeat business to maximize room revenue.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key accounts, industry partners, and associations.
• Participate in an active sales solicitation program to drive sales growth.
• Conduct site inspections, understand competitors, and contribute to sales strategy.

Education & Experience

• Previous hotel sales experience is required.
• Experience with Hilton and Marriott brands is recommended.
• Bachelor's degree or extensive hotel industry experience is preferred.
