About Us: Middle River Aerostructure Systems, a world-leading manufacturer of thrust reversers, engine nacelle components, and specialized aerostructures, is seeking a Capture Manager to lead strategy, leadership, and execution of capture-related activities across aerospace and defense.
Responsibilities
- Lead business development capture activities to secure new contracts.
- Develop capture strategy, identify potential customers, assess competition, and participate in bid and proposal activities.
- Coordinate capture and proposal activities across teams, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in STEM or Business Management with 5 years of Business Development or Capture Management experience.
- Knowledge of Commercial and USG contracts, competitive pricing strategies, and ability to obtain USG Security Clearance.
- Desirable: Master's degree, critical thinking, leadership, domain expertise in Aerostructures, and experience with DoD customers.
