Case Manager - Drug and Alcohol Treatment Courts - Jefferson County

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Case Manager to join our team at Wisconsin Community Services. This position involves providing intensive support, supervision, and monitoring to third and greater OWI offenders participating in the Jefferson County Alcohol Treatment Court and managing case management for Jefferson Drug Treatment Court Participants.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training new staff and ensuring reporting for both Alcohol and Drug Treatment Courts.
• Manage daily operations on-site and communicate effectively with the team.
• Conduct screening, make referrals, and monitor participants’ progress and activities.
• Attend court hearings, provide recommendations, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Ensure adherence to program protocols, supervision model, and participant confidentiality.
• Participate in trainings and conferences as required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Criminal Justice System and local treatment programs.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, Social Work, or related field.
• Experience in case management and working with criminal justice populations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
• Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License and ability to pass a criminal background check.
