Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled CT Technologist to join our team at Corewell Health. This full-time position on the midnight shift offers increased pay rates and a generous $7,000 sign-on bonus. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic CT exams with precision and care, ensuring optimal imaging quality while prioritizing patient and family-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Verify patient identification and physician orders.
- Provide procedural information and education to patients and families.
- Perform CT scans and related patient care procedures following ALARA radiation protection principles.
- Operate CT imaging equipment proficiently and ensure patient safety during procedures.
- Coordinate with medical staff, management, and support teams for effective patient care.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Radiography program.
- 1-3 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Certification by ARRT with additional CT certification required within 1 year of hire.
- Basic Life Support Certification required.
