Responsibilities

  • Complete follow-through on orders from beginning to end.
  • Enter data and accurately process orders and associated documentation.
  • Schedule pick-ups and delivery appointments.
  • Arrange trucks and negotiate freight rates.
  • Call for shipped and received weights.
  • Review and approve supplier invoices and freight bills for payment.
  • Assist other departments as needed.
  • Handle busy phones, emails, and faxes.
