Job Description
We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team at Region V Services as Direct Support Professionals (DSP). In this role, you will provide essential training and support to individuals with disabilities, assisting them in achieving personal goals and fostering community relationships.
Job Summary
- Deliver personalized training and support services to enhance individuals' competencies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure individual needs and goals are met effectively.
- Maintain accurate records, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments to training programs.
- Act as a positive role model to promote social behavior, personal hygiene, and other essential life skills.
- Provide necessary supervision, assistance, and transportation to facilitate community integration.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent educational qualification.
- Preferably one year of experience in human services or related fields.
- Valid driver's license, reliable means of communication, and ability to pass background checks.
