Job Description
Reciprocity Industries is looking for a dedicated Division Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of Litigation Support and lead a team of support staff. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to ensure high-quality service delivery to clients.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operations of Litigation Support, including supervising staff.
- Ensure staff provide high-quality service and meet performance metrics.
- Develop policies and procedures for Litigation Support to enhance best practices adherence.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and implement improvement strategies.
- Train and coach staff to enhance performance and meet individual goals.
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to privacy and data protection.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on operations and performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to align support operations with business objectives.
- Promote teamwork, communication, and collaboration among support staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
- Extensive knowledge of industry principles, procedures, and best practices.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective presentation skills.
- Minimum 2 years of related experience, with 3-5 years in a leadership role preferred.
