Job Description

Reciprocity Industries is looking for a dedicated Division Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of Litigation Support and lead a team of support staff. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to ensure high-quality service delivery to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily operations of Litigation Support, including supervising staff.
  • Ensure staff provide high-quality service and meet performance metrics.
  • Develop policies and procedures for Litigation Support to enhance best practices adherence.
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and implement improvement strategies.
  • Train and coach staff to enhance performance and meet individual goals.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to privacy and data protection.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on operations and performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align support operations with business objectives.
  • Promote teamwork, communication, and collaboration among support staff.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective presentation skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of related experience, with 3-5 years in a leadership role preferred.
