Electrical Maintenance Technician 1

Job Description

We are looking for an Electrical Maintenance Technician 1 to join our team at Charter Next Generation in Bloomer, WI. As part of our 2,100 employee-owners, you will be responsible for the operation and output of assigned production lines, performing maintenance, repairs, and special projects under the direction of the Electrical Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Adhering to safety policies and procedures while working in a team environment.
• Executing electrical panel building, installation, maintenance, and repairs.
• Collaborating with external contractors for specialized work.
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.

Requirements

• Associate degree in electromechanical/electrical technology or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of electrical maintenance experience.
• Strong organizational skills and technical/mechanical aptitude.
• Effective communication and ability to work collaboratively.

Physical Demands

This role involves standing, lifting, reaching, and working in various physical environments, requiring the ability to lift up to 65 pounds and work around hot surfaces and equipment.
