As an Engineering Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of engineers to drive innovation and efficiently execute projects. You will be responsible for establishing and enhancing processes to facilitate project success, ensuring high-quality product development, and fostering cross-departmental collaborations to meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engineering initiatives for operational improvement.
• Oversee product design and development.
• Manage project resources and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and quality measures.
• Lead cross-functional teams in product design.
• Establish and review engineering processes.
• Provide technical guidance to the engineering team.
• Collaborate with other departments for project alignment.
• Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers.

• Execute other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Engineering or related field qualification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of engineering experience, with 3 years in a leadership role.
• Knowledge of Lithium Battery systems is a plus.
• Proven leadership in successful engineering projects.
• Expertise in developing and managing engineering processes.
• Ability to motivate technical teams.
• Familiarity with current engineering tools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment.
• Independent and team-oriented work capabilities.
• Travel required (10%-20%).
