Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Food & Beverage Server to join the team at TPC Boston, a renowned private golf course in Norton, MA. As a Food & Beverage Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests warmly while providing information on specials and taking orders accurately.
• Ensure work stations are well-stocked and maintained throughout shifts.
• Handle any guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in food and beverage areas.
• Adhere to menu specifications and serving standards.
• Handle cash transactions and accurately record charges.
• Collaborate with the team to uphold quality standards and service procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Thorough knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Work Environment

This position requires early morning, late night, weekend, and holiday shifts in a professional office environment.
