We are looking for a dedicated Hotel Front Desk PM / Night Audit team member to join the Rockland Harbor Hotel, part of the Maine Course Hospitality Group. If you are a night owl with exceptional problem-solving skills and love assisting guests, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests warmly.
- Operate the front desk efficiently and assist with guest requests.
- Handle complaints professionally and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Close out front desk functions and maintain knowledge of hotel services and local area.
