Job Description
We are looking for an IT Help Desk Technician to join our team at Konecranes in Springfield, OH. As a member of our global IT support team, you will play a crucial role in providing first-level support to internal users, resolving technical issues, and ensuring smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide IT problem-solving and troubleshooting support for software and hardware.
- Identify, manage, and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Install and configure software and utilities on workstations and networks.
- Monitor systems, identify problems, and take corrective actions.
- Support wireless mobility team in design, analysis, and end-user setups.
- Maintain confidentiality of end-users' information and adhere to best IT practices.
- Collaborate with business processes to address client requirements.
Requirements
- 2-year degree in a Technical field.
- Basic understanding of Windows 7, Windows 10, MS Office 365, and networks.
- Ability to share IT knowledge and train employees at all levels.
- Willingness to work varied overtime and travel up to 10%.
- Driver's license with a safe driving record.
- Fluency in English, proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
