Job Description
Join Wise Landscaping as a Crew Supervisor and lead a team of landscapers to deliver exceptional services on commercial properties. As part of our dynamic team, you will oversee landscaping and snow management tasks throughout the year, ensuring client properties are well maintained and safe.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 2 to 3 landscapers in tasks such as mowing, mulching, pruning, flower installations, cleanups, and weed control.
- Execute snow removal services using plow and salt trucks, skidsteers, and wheel loaders during the winter months.
- Ensure the team delivers high-quality services efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Motivate and mentor team members to enhance performance and productivity.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and experience in landscaping and snow management.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide and inspire a team.
- Knowledge of commercial landscape maintenance practices and snow removal techniques.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
