Job Description
We are looking for a Lead Caregiver to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. Responsibilities
- Provide supervisory support to Care Managers during shifts.
- Assist with personal care activities and encourage resident participation in programs.
- Ensure accurate documentation of care provided.
- Maintain a safe environment for staff, residents, and guests.
Qualifications
- Medication Management Certificate required.
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience working with seniors.
- Demonstrated leadership competencies.
